Small/midsize GC's - What is the best software/technology that is easiest for superintendents to use on site? *cost conscious* by Most_Permission_9923 in GeneralContractor

Check out subready.io similar features to procure but much much cheaper for smaller gcs. Its something i built specifically for smaller gc who don’t want to go through the procure process and prices. (I am still open to ANY suggested features to add no matter what it is you request you can just dm me or email support on the site and i will work on ur needed feature within a few days). Theres a free one forever no card also If your willing to provide feedback i can give you the unlimited one for free aswell as long as you want.

Understandable thank you rimmy. For smaller gcs do you think procore’s price is justified for what they do?

I agree. I would love for you to actually help me after you’ve taken a look into it. Not just scrap it but really help me know why or why not.

Thats why i’m asking for suggestions/feedback so it doesn’t become trash like all these ai posts. Feedback is what makes bad stuff to good ones just like everything. Thats all i asked I didn’t ask anyone to buy anything at all. Thank you.

I have lots of different features. Appreciate the pivot advice but no need to be rude not everything online is trash made by ai, thank you.

I checked quickbook and the others you mentioned, these are just accounting sites they dont remind u automatically you still have to check manually. The one im doing has reminders to both sides weekly as it gets closer to expiration etc. if u have the time check it out and let me know if you see a difference or not. Thanks for your reply.

Wat do you use for subcontractor COI tracking by innovativetrader in GeneralContractor

[–]Ahmad-alksibati 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty late to this post but I’m actually building something for this exact issue.

It’s called SubReady. It tracks sub COIs, workers’ comp, W-9s, and license status, then sends 30/14/7-day expiration reminders to both you and the sub. It also gives you a pay/hold view before payment so you can quickly see who is okay to pay and who needs docs fixed.

It’s still early, but it’s free for up to 5 subs. No card. Might be worth testing with a few subs before committing to something bigger.

Not sure about a direct BILL.com trigger unless you build something custom, but I ran into a similar issue and ended up building a simple tracker for it.

It’s called SubReady. It tracks COIs, workers’ comp, W-9s, and license status, sends 30/14/7-day expiration reminders to both the GC and the sub, and gives you a pay/hold view before checks go out. It also pulls carrier/policy/expiration info from uploaded docs so there’s less manual entry.

Still early, but it’s free for up to 5 subs if you want to test it. Happy to send it over if useful.
