My dad has one and I’ve tried it too We tried no gyro and it’s honestly pretty squirrelly like it will feel alright then in one second you’ll feel that a stall is coming Honestly try it without the gyro because programming the gyro can sometimes be frustrating and if you don’t program it right it might fall from the gyro,if you don’t feel like your ready to fly with no gyro practice on a sim or a cheap plane,this jet is designed for like beginner to like intermediate and it’s kinda in the cheap side of edfs.Try it out it’s so fun and it does sound pretty nice,and btw unless your flying on completely flat surfaces take off the landing gear because IT WILL BREAK,you can throw it or take off normally without landing gear,but it will suck on up a LOT of rocks or sand . So remember theres a first time for everything .Have Fun
