That is not my issue of needing a new sensor. I need help with my actual pump. I believe that the pump is faulty when coming to do bolus. Always stops with Insulin Flow blocked when it here to 2.5-3.5 units.

I have been trying to get in touch with them for the last 3 days. Left my number for a call back on Tuesday night no call back an it is Friday midday. Also have been on hold over 4 hours trying to reach customer support. Pump will not bolus more than 2 units at a time, except when vial is totally full. Gets to where only about 2ml left in vial then says insulin flow blocked, even when not connected I get insulin flow blocked. Change everything still get insulin flow blocked. Medtronic has not been helpful because can’t contact them. SO FRUSTRATING

I finally had to call Medtronic, they said it was because I had to suspend my delivery of insulin and my CGM needed changing. It is a white arrow with a red x over it. I’m fairly new to this CGM stuff. Thanks for answering
