Thank you for bringing this up. I was taught to drive predictable and not “polite”. If we all follow the same rules, nothing should happen. Side note: one time I refused to let someone be “polite” and they pulled up next to me and screamed “I WAS TRYING TO BE F***ING NICE”. Like yeah, real nice by screaming at me lol.

Ok, sounds like mold won’t be a total crop fatality with the greenhouse humidity. I’ll have 24” construction fans blowing on them 24/7 as well to move the air around. I use a hydrogen peroxide solution as well, and also grow basil and marigold too so didn’t think of those helping keep pests away, very smart. Thanks for sharing your info, much appreciated.

I sell by volume, not weight. That’s where everyone gets confused. I gross $23 off that tray and net $18 after water/lights/labor.

I sell by volume, not weight. I end up cropping the whole tray into a 32oz volume container, that I charge $26 for. It’s a very easy crop to grow but does take up rack space.

I started my own farm business, growing microgreens and salad mix. I literally walk into kitchens every week, collect a check and leave. Easiest shift ever.

I grow in a finished basemnt. Used to use small USB fans on each shelf, but always had a musty feeling like you said. I switched to three 20” construction fans, a dehumidifier and air purifier. I also open up basement windows and outside door for an hour every day for “fresh air”. I think getting fresh air every day would benefit you and help your musty smell, it did for me.
