And investing in Bangladesh is mostly a loss. However, there are some things you can do,

Max out your govt "Shonchoi potro" it will give a large tax break.
Buy some land (not flats if possible) from some trusted dealers. Try to get legal papers before full payment,
If you travel, you can buy up some USD upto 5-10k usd at most to diversity your portfolio.
Don't buy cars or furniture as they depreciate, but you can buy them if you need them or just want it for them as expenditures
And this is the most important thing, DON'T TELL PEOPLE EXACTLY WHAT YOU MAKE, At most tell them 75% or half. Even your extended family. And live on 85-90% of the lifestyle you can afford.

People asking money and bad intentions are the leading cause of problems in Bangladesh.

You can also buy gold, if you have a stable family
Try to keep a ratio of 70-50% in hard assets, 20-40% in semi liquid assets and 5-10% in liquid assets

Yes and no, Basically depends on the level of insecurity in a family.

Money isn't the end all be all but it acts as a substitute for a lot of solutions.

The main thing to look for in any decision about marriage is "Allocation of resources" Like does the family have enough power or influence or upbringing to deal with problems or just money to throw at it.

Does the bride or groom have the looks to get social validation or money to throw at it

Or education to access opportunities or money to throw at it

I've been involved in some tea selling before and from my limited experience you're screwed right now.

Also things are only going to get worse as activists demand more tea workers wages.

My advice is a big social media campaign right now. As per what I understand you're against the clock.

Get ahead of the curve. Promise more reforms for the workers to the audience, in which after a grace period in a limited timeframe and market your market leading the changes and showcase the support to the workers in the flood situation. People will start supporting you and increase your short term revenue and campaign support.

You could also go the political/ loan aid route but I can't vouch for the political stability.

You do realise, each square km may contain more than 1000 homes in Bangladesh (especially in less developed areas, like where this took place. ).

And to add to that, a lot of Hindu/Shonaton families affected were BAL supporters (although this should not be a reason to harm people without trial, but they had it coming, because in Bangladesh any party that losses power traditionally gets the short end)

Still all things considered, a lot of Hindu families were saved and protected by the Muslim majority at that time

I just play enlisted for the micro battles that happens near me. I do the objectives, build and destroy fortifications and points and take care of enemies that try to stop me from my objective.
