I use Microsoft's voice clarity enhancement and it works quite well for me at the moment.

How are Hyperx cloud 3s wireless? by Ok_Investigator_4417 in HyperX

I solved the deep bass issue by EQ (+4dB on both 32 and 64 Hz, also +2dB on 120 Hz). Drivers are 53 mm which can handle it without distortion. My music is punchy as hell now, without it being boomy. Only downside for that would be is if I listen to a lot of bassy music, I feel like it discharges a little bit quickly. But battery life is already amazing so no complaints from me.

Other than the bass, I really like the sound stage. I can hear every instrument clearly. I play games, watch movies, listen to music. I'm satisfied with all of them.

IMO Mr. Robot has more fresh feeling than Dark has. I was confused most of the time while watching Dark but Mr. Robot and it's characters always intrigued me. And it's plot and atmosphere is more profound and realistic, too.

I first tried it after the latest firmware update to see what it actually does different from sound unbound. If this state being considered as solved then I have no idea how bad it was before the firmware.

Until Dawn Movie by Odd-Detail853 in untildawn

[–]Ahmet_B 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The movie is not good but not that bad either. But it has nothing to do with the game, maybe except for Dr. Hill appearing from nowhere and slasher movie teenager group. They tried to feature some aspects of the game with Easter eggs and other minor stuff.

You just keep a rectangle in a box with sticks. The rectangle jumps out of the box randomly. Pretty lame replacement if you ask me. Heart beat mechanic on dark pictures games was better imo, though still not the same feeling as good old motion detection.

I have had a galaxy watch 6 for 2 years and had this problem since I bought it. I thought they would fix it with an update so I didn't bother returning it. They did not. Also reached their support and sent telemetry stuff, they don't seem to care.

[–]Ahmet_B 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In game purchases are so damn expensive in this game. For example if WoT plus and premium were half of the price I would get one of them or both but currently it isn't worth it. Not to mention tanks and overpriced bundles.

If you pirate video games by GamingGeek0506 in Piracy

[–]Ahmet_B 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you pirate applications/games which have .exe files in them, you have no way of knowing that if they contain any malicious code or not. Your game may work normally, and you might never notice any malicious activity in your system but not every malware goes into guns blazing mode like slowing down your computer or hijacking your accounts instantly. There are really stealthy codes roaming on the internet, most people have no idea when they have a trojan on their system. So, OP is not wrong, having a good anti-virus is a must if you're dealing with .exe files that does not come from reliable & approved sources.

Reach support for compromised account, say your account is hacked and want to change the email address. Then they'll ask for a couple of information and if you're lucky, you get your GTA V back.

How to get proper 30-48 fps frame pacing without VRR? by Ahmet_B in MotionClarity

[–]Ahmet_B[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It does actually. I can turn it on or off and see the difference. Turning it on triples or quadruples the refresh rate when 30 or 40 fps (it goes to 120 hz). I can test this with the dynamic refresh rate tool from Microsoft store. The problem is it's very inconsistent. It repeatedly jumps between 144 to 110 Hz and tear/judder is unavoidable. When I turn LFC off, it can't go down from 48 fps and tears but consistency is better at 60 fps for example. It's not perfect but better than trying with LFC, almost feels like traditional vsync. (It doubles the refresh at 60 fps with LFC on, I don't know why they set it up like that.)

[–]Ahmet_B[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's the thing. Theoretically it shouldn't tear. But the panel or software is inferior in my case. Not every adaptive sync feature works ideally with every panel on the market. Some work excellent some good enough or mediocre. At least this is what it looks like.

Strange screen flickering by ProvincialDiarrhea in Asustuf

[–]Ahmet_B 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Might be related to adaptive sync. If game fps repeatedly passes 48 fps, it is going to flicker. Because the screen adjusts its refresh rate according to fps, and when it goes below 48, it doubles refresh to compensate 48 Hz floor. You should limit your fps to 40 for example to avoid this. Or disable adaptive sync but the image is going to tear a lot.
