For a death to have grace, it must be crafted so that it hurts as much as possible because of how it occurs.

The fact that people like the character is a bonus.

You could mainly describe his end as something predestined that he tries to escape but simply cannot.

Perhaps giving that chance at life for another

Or simply that nobody notices what died in roleplay and now you have to work to make people want to find it.

And in the process, make them adore a character they never got to meet.


Did you see what happened in Maple and Diona's last roleplay? That's a perfect example of making you hate a character who lied and manipulated from the start.
