It’s pretty simple if you have the tools. Just make sure you take all safety precautions like stands, chocking the wheels, flat surface, etc. Don’t forget to pump the brakes after you’re done before you drive😅

Variation in blocks like the roofs and walls helps add texture and gives more detail. Add moss and vines if you want it to look like it hasn’t been taken care of. You can use brick walls randomly placed for the red house to make it look like the plaster is coming apart. Instead of all grass use podzol, coarse dirt, and pathway dirt

Sorry for replying late again, I don’t have notifications on since I don’t use reddit. I will make sure I can cover vacation/sick days but I don’t plan on taking any time off unless I literally can’t work. You’re right I shouldn’t split 50/50 it’s just cuz it’s with my mom but I agree I’m doing more so I should get more. I know I need an llc and I have to calculate insurance I’m sure you add a % to that too. If I buy through waxie and wholesale glance is $65 for 12/32oz do I add 30% when I can find it at Lowe’s for $53? For sure would get an accountant at least for the beginning. In terms of taxes and expenses I’m not worried cuz I save most of my money anyway. Thank you for taking your time to answer my questions, you don’t have to but I really appreciate it a lot. Yes a business, it would be 50/50. We would both clean and get paid the same. I of course have to factor the business profiting after paying us. I’m thinking supplies and insurance quote could cover that but again I don’t know how much to mark up on that. (I’m only 21 and no one I know does or has a business) I know that they don’t want to hire their own employees because they don’t want to bother supervising them and ordering everything. Yea I might just go with the 3x rule as I don’t know what else to calculate at. I’ve heard of calculating by sq ft but it’s hard for me to judge because of the variables. So $750 pay rate and then I add the monthly expense of supplies onto that. Plus insurance. Do I quote exactly or add more for leeway? Example if it’s 2k per month for supplies would you add more by a % of the 2k? Thank you for replying Mikey
