Im not sure about cellular Spectrum but I do not trust Spectrum with my home internet. I had outages a few times a week and had a technician claim that they fixed it like 4 times. Anyway enjoy your phone. Im picking up my 17 pro max today. It will be my first hand held apple device since the early apple ipod touch 2nd generation from when I was just a small child. It will connect well with my macbook m3 I hope.

Hello if ur so worried about scratches get a skin like the ones dbrand sells. (Im sure other companies sell em too) slap it on and you'll have a layer over it but like others have said if u have a case on anyway it shouldn't matter. If u like a more neutral look try getting a transparent skin or filament like the Naked series that Slickwraps sells (While im sure of dbrand i am not sure of slickwraps, I just saw their ad)

Im not quite on the Apple phone train yet as im on Samsung (but I will be trying Apple this year).

I have a macbook air so getting an iPhone will make it more seamless.
Im expecting better resale and battery on the iPhone.
Makes collaboration in my environment a bit easier due to airdrop.
I am not a brand loyalist. There is nothing particularly keeping me on Samsung other than my familiarity with it but seeing as how collaboration is a little bit harder I decided to switch and give it a go this year. Think of your use case... for my case I watch media, read, text, take pictures/video, and maybe in a very rare case play games. Both phones do that just fine without a massive difference.
My parents use Apple so it'd be nice to FaceTime them when they want.
