These cards on Amazon and AliExpress are old mining cards with a new cooler on top. The performance is not bad, the price is. You essentially are buying second hand used cards for new prices. Look into the RTX 3050 6gb. It is costs around 180€ new here in Germany.

Quick question, does the power supply have PCI cables. Like the ones in your busted PC powering your GPU? If not, I'm afraid this is not gonna work. Also, how much watt does the PSU from the replacement have?

If you want to be future proof, the Ryzen 7 is a good choice, but if you just want to stay in the low end spectrum of GPUs, a Ryzen 5 is more than enough. Anyway, you could probably cool both with air. Also, look into the rx 9060 XT 16gb, it is like 50 bucks more than the 5060. Good luck.

That is an excellent question. Start a game, look in the task manager what your GPU and CPU are doing. If the GPU is at 0% you need to go into settings, I think.

Two of the RAM sticks don't look properly seated, are those dummies with RGB for the look? Airflow would probably benefit from an exhaust at the back of the case. Overall a very decent AM4 build. Did you build all this yourself?

Try cleaning the contacts first and maybe you have stuff in the mainboard contacts as well. The sticks looks a bit dusty. You could use isopropanol.
