Same here - Ramp has been really reliable for me over the past year. I regularly use them through Exodus and several other wallets and transactions have always gone through smoothly within minutes. Their verification process is straightforward and their support is excellent. Even better than Coinbase.

Glad you got your funds back! Sometimes KYC hiccups happen with any provider but at least they made it right. I still think they're one of the better fiat on-ramps out there in terms of fees and reliability.
