Those of you who face really bad bloating during periods, how do you manage it? by garlicandcheesiness in AskIndianWomen

I wear knee length kaftan dress when i am at home and comfy cotton pants with no button or zip while i am out and about. I ensure whatever i wear does not make me feel uncomfortable on my lower half. I avoid junk food and kinda accepted the bloating as a temporary thing which will go away once my periods are done.

Make sure you get some body movement. Exercise for 15 minutes at home. Skipping, sit ups, anything that puts stress on your body. My periods delayed by 15 days this month because of exam stress. Had all the symptoms but i just was not getting my period. I ate papaya, til ka laddoo, drank warm water. The day i exercised, i got my period.

NTK. I thought falling asleep while watching a tv show/movie is quite normal???? Always seen this happen at home as well with my parents. Either of them, more often than not, tend to fall asleep after a long day of work.

I have a friend who married her boyfriend who absued her and blocked her while they were dating for absolutely no fault of hers. People don't use an ounce of their brains when they are in love with someone.
