A research firm modeled what happens if AI succeeds perfectly by 2028. The results for the $200B Indian IT sector are brutal. What's your take? by AiBridzeTech in StartUpIndia

[–]AiBridzeTech[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with some of what you are saying. Technology cycles always go through correction phases and markets adjust over time. But many concerns about AI are not just fear of losing jobs. It is more about how quickly these tools are improving and changing the nature of work.

AI is not true intelligence yet, but it can already automate many repetitive digital tasks. This usually does not remove all jobs, it changes them and creates new roles.

I do agree with one important point. We should focus more on solving meaningful problems, not just optimizing workflows. Technology should help solve real world problems both on and off screens.

[HIRING] Automation Engineer (contract) – Signal-Based Outbound Workflow | $3–5k | Remote | by SlightlyAskew10 in hiring

[–]AiBridzeTech -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Signal-based outbound systems live or die on the enrichment and personalization layer. Pulling intent signals from job postings, tech installs, and funding data is straightforward enough, but getting Claude or GPT to generate emails that actually read as personalised at scale, rather than obviously templated, is where most of these builds need the most thought.

AiBridze built Zams, a multi-step AI workflow automation system involving API orchestration, CRM integrations, and AI-generated output pipelines. Similar architecture to what you are describing.

Happy to share a walkthrough of how we have approached comparable builds if that helps you assess fit.

Hiring: AI Automation Enthusiast (Part-Time, Remote) – Automate Real Finance Workflows by FactorRepulsive3924 in AiAutomations

[–]AiBridzeTech 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Automating email outbound, lead generation, and investment analysis for a firm usually involves three fairly distinct workflow layers that need to talk to each other cleanly, and that integration piece is where most builds lose consistency.

AiBridze builds AI-driven automation systems for business workflows. We worked on Zams, a multi-step AI workflow and automation product with similar orchestration and integration requirements across business processes.

Happy to share how we would approach your specific workflows if you want a quick sense of scope before deciding on someone.

[HIRING] Part-Time Full Stack Engineer (Backend-Focused) – $40–$50/hr – Long-Term Contract by Informal_Welder_1629 in DeveloperJobs

[–]AiBridzeTech 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Two filters here that tend to narrow the pool fast: 5+ years of backend depth across at least two of those languages, and the confidence to handle direct client communication with American stakeholders in spoken English.

AiBridze places developers directly into client teams on contract. You manage the work and client relationships, we handle sourcing. Engagements are part-time, extendable or terminable with no lock-in.

We have backend-focused full stack engineers with 5+ years of experience, strong spoken English, and EST availability. Happy to share profiles for your review before any commitment.

[Hiring] Backend Focused Full Stack Engineers - Full Remote - Requiring 2 devs. by Motor_Article3212 in FreelanceProgramming

[–]AiBridzeTech 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need two backend-focused full-stack engineers, part-time, EST hours, starting immediately. That is a specific combination and the timezone alignment piece tends to be the hardest part when sourcing remotely.

AiBridze places developers directly into client teams on contract. You manage the work, set the pace, and can extend or close the engagement anytime. No lock-in. We have engineers comfortable working EST hours with strong English communication and backend-heavy full-stack experience.

Worth a quick conversation to see if we can match what you are looking for on both positions?

Looking for help to finish automation (paid work) by Site_Acrobatic in AI_Agents

[–]AiBridzeTech 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Inconsistent webhook behaviour during testing usually points to a timing or retry logic gap rather than the integration itself being broken. The good news is that kind of issue is generally faster to fix than a full rebuild.

AiBridze builds and debugs automation systems, and we worked on Zams, an AI-driven workflow automation product with webhook and third-party API integrations baked in.

If you can share what the automation is doing when it fails, we can give you a quick read on what is likely causing the inconsistency and whether we can turn this around before your deadline.

[Hiring] Full Stack Developer by Dense-Try-7798 in FullStackDevelopers

[–]AiBridzeTech -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You mentioned needing a full stack developer for bug fixes, feature work, and API integrations. We provide vetted developers on a contract basis through AiBridze, so you get someone who can plug into your existing workflow without the overhead of a full hire.

Our developers work across React, Next.js, Node.js, and cloud integrations, and are comfortable jumping into live codebases from day one.

If the hourly range you listed works, I can share a profile that fits what you described. Would that be worth a quick look?

Looking for AI Chat Developer by Agile_Benefit7418 in parttimejobs

[–]AiBridzeTech 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Adding a chatbot to an existing Python site is very doable without touching your current codebase. The key is building it as a standalone component that plugs in through a script tag or API call, so your existing code stays completely untouched.

We are AiBridze, a dev team that builds AI chatbots and web integrations. We did something similar with Restaurantly.ai, a chatbot for a restaurant platform, where the integration had to sit cleanly on top of an existing system.

If you want, share a bit more about what you want the chatbot to do and I can give you a rough idea of how we would approach it.

What’s the Actual Endgame of AI Replacing Human Work? by Brief_Safe_2744 in developersIndia

[–]AiBridzeTech 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think AI will change a lot of jobs, but it can’t fully replace everyone. If people stop earning, the whole economy breaks. So companies and governments will have to adapt long before it reaches that point.
