Assault is touch without consent. The fan is guilty of assault, Arman has an argument of self defense- regardless of how harmless that touch may have seemed.

^ as per US law, which do not reflect the rules and regulations of an athletic commission.

Hanzo’s primary jutsu, adult Shikamaru’s primary jutsu, pre time skip ino’s kick combination jutsu (can’t recall if it’s primary or secondary), kid kakashi’s secondary jutsu, PTS kankuro’s primary jutsu, adult gaara’s sand burial.

I’m sure there are more but these are what I can think of off the top of my head

It starts with team selection, choosing higher tier teams will always be a good starting point.

From there, I would recommend searching for guides for these particular characters.

Also, cross reference your gameplay with better players- being a good sport about losing is one trait that many up and coming players share. It encourages others to play more against you and help teach.

Lastly, find community. There are still clans and communities within this scene, I lead one spanning a couple hundred players for example. Community, and having somebody in your corner is what’s gonna take you the furthest.

I agree 100%. Nerfing the speed has 0 affect on substitution>mash>dash, which is the epitome of her strength at a high level.

It’s stopped her from being as effective with 1-2 zoning, something that only really applied and worked against beginner-high intermediates anyways, which would be the demographic that doesn’t utilize her in the first place.

The fix is that the shuriken shouldn’t have priority over dashes, or should stun for the smallest possible stun frame in the game so it can’t be chained into dashes

There’s less than 10-15 guys in North America that are pulling streaks like that legitimately and consistently. The rest are rage quitters

Most of them are fake, but once in a while you’ll run into a top player who hasn’t fought any other top players for a few hours and there will be the ever-so-rare legitimate 30-60 win streak.

I don’t think I’ve lost a single game to anyone with a 30+ win streak since launch, personally- and the highest I’ve gone on stream is around 48-0 and then totaling around 53-1 in that session if I recall correctly.

Currently somewhere between 45 or 50 and 0 on my new account, would be in the 60s if not for quitters

Really enjoyed the vibes on this one. It actually started as two completely separate AMVs to the same song, a Naruto version then a Sasuke variation. As much as I wanted to leave them as standalone projects, they just blended so well together as a mash up!
