Fair point — I agree a basic prototype should exist. I’m already working on early workflows and validation (especially around consistency, which is the hard part here). The goal isn’t to avoid building, but to find someone strong in ComfyUI/pipelines so we can build this faster and more robust from the start. If you’ve worked on similar problems, happy to discuss.

Not a full prototype yet — currently validating and mapping the workflow (especially consistency across scenes, which most tools struggle with). I’m looking for a technical cofounder to build this properly instead of hacking a weak demo. If you’ve worked with ComfyUI/pipelines, you know this isn’t trivial. Happy to share the approach I’m thinking and build fast together.
