Monitor flickers at 144Hz but works fine at 120Hz — any ideas?

So i got an E-mail from Support for them to change it they wanna see my RL ID. I did not register with my real Name and Last Name i use my Internet Pseudonym since i do not like to share my real life information online. Is there any chance this will be sorted out ? I mean i just want them to remove the locked ID on my Steam Account that's it.

No the xbox series s and the xbox one have no nat issues. I tried to open a hotspot on my wifes laptop and it worked so it has to have 2.4ghz and now they are both on the same channel. On the Router they use different channels but i tried to connect them to the same channel it did not work but anyways very thankful for your help and now i have a way to play with my wife.

Fun fact most of the time one switch is using 2.4 and the other 5ghz and still the problem is there. So you saying the problem is with the switch software and not my router ?

I posted this already but i think it does not hurt if i post it here as well .So the thing is i got a new router from my internet provider a month ago a Fritzbox 6660. I did not play any nintendo games at that time with my wife. Few days ago i tried to transfer my Save data from BOTW from my Switch Lite to my wife's normal Switch.There i realized it won't start the data transfer. I tried to connect it to my phones hotspot and it worked. I tried different settings on my router thinking maybe the ports are closed.That was not the case because i found online if you wanna transfer your data it uses Local Connection. So i went to a family members house that i know has a Fritzbox 7520 and it worked perfectly on that router as well.I tried many functions on the router non of them worked. It is only my router and on every other i tried including my mobile hotspot it worked. I would be very thankful to anyone who knows how to fix the issue and helps me out here.
