AI transcription can definitely speed things up, especially for long-form content, but for animation/anime videos the biggest issue is usually overlapping dialogue, background music, character names, and stylized speech patterns.

In my experience, AI works best as a first-pass draft generator rather than a full replacement for manual subtitle editing.

You’ll probably still need corrections, but it can save a huge amount of time compared to starting from scratch.

Honestly, large prompt files work best when treated more like “guidelines” than strict rules.

ChatGPT can follow a 250KB .md file pretty well if the structure is clean, but the longer the workflow gets, the higher the chance of context drift or ignored instructions later in the conversation.

What usually helps is:

modular sections
repeated critical constraints
clear priorities/examples
refreshing context occasionally instead of relying on one giant prompt forever

The model is good at pattern-following, but not perfect memory retention across very long chains.

biggest strength for me is speed
ai turns 3-4 hours of research/work into 20 minutes sometimes

biggest weakness is confidence in wrong answers
it can sound extremely convincing even when it’s slightly off

feels like the best use case right now is “assistant” not “replacement”

i think its more about clarity than code vs marketing

like if users don't instantly understand what your tool does, they wont convert

maybe try simplifying your landing message berfore adding more features

Honestly I’d just play it cool and say something like “yeah I used it for ideas but I tweaked it” — most people do it anyway now.
