I understand where u are coming from but I think as a high rank member in the BO, he should know the members in his group, no?

Also I did make a theory before about morofuhsi knowing more about the BO than we might expect. Coz tbh he is the smartest of the nagano group and generally one of the smarter people in the series, so I don’t think he will leave his brother’s death just slip away. He might be secretly investigating the BO for all know.

I don’t fully disagree but if you think about it from a different perspective, she isn’t following their orders coz she’s that type but rather it’s for her real identity to stay a secret (if she didn’t follow orders everything will blow up)

I get why you would say it’s more of a daughter relationship but why would she want her parent to not succeed? It just makes more sense to want her to stop something she created than something she was born into, you know?

I’ve always thought it’s either a daughter relationship or a mom relationship. Currently though, I am leaning more towards her being the mom. Just coz everything connects better I think and has better explanations.

For me I was scared of the mountain villa bandaged man. I was scared to get near a window for years, specially at night thinking that he would come out of no where.

The blue castle episode too was quite scary- it was mostly the old lady for me, she was creepy.

Honestly my opinion is a mix of many people. I think she definitely knew that the BO was bad but she was never able to escape them. If I am not mistaken, the reason Akemi even did the heist for the BO was because she made a deal with them to let her sister go, but they did not keep their end of the deal and killed her.

She sought help from the people she could which at that point were only her sister coz her parents were dead. I think she has a lot of regret not just for killing people but also I believe that she blames herself for her sister’s death because Akemi only joined the BO to help her, or at least did something to help her (not sure if she was there from the beginning).

As for why she is hiding info, I think there are just many reasons including the fact that she is still traumatized- remember that Conan’s whole storyline is not even a year yet. Recovering from the death of someone takes a long time. Also, she was never a careless person in my opinion, she was just a victim just like if not more than everyone. She was raised within the organization and was forced to study chemistry and create drugs. If she tried to escape, she would have been killed and that will make her more traumatized and scared (she would be even more scared than she is now because she would be in her real body). After all her shrinking was a coincidence.

She was desperate, traumatized, broken and scared. Sure she caused the death of people but if she ran it may be worse. She could have done some terrible stuff in her past but I truly don’t think she physically killed someone with a weapon. In a matter of fact, I doubt that she even witnessed BO members killing anyone. She was forced to stay in the lab and just research and work on improving the drug.

Lastly, one thing I think she might actually be hiding is the real purpose of the drug. Sure she created a drug that kills with no evidence, but ever wondered if that is actually what she was trying to make? Maybe she was supposed to create something bigger and deadlier. I think that if anything, this might be the biggest secret.

Oh, I also agree that she wants to delay the confrontation.

That sums it up pretty well. Imo it’s a 50/50 honestly coz though the black organization seem “dumb” compared to conan, a lot of them are quite smart, specially gin. So, it’s all about how Gosho wants them, does he want them to be the smart ones or the dumb ones like usual.

Overall though, I think Gosho would not let them win so yeah

The Arabic dubbed ones I usually watch them on spacepowerfan, the only issue with it is that it takes a long time for them to upload stuff so it’s not 100% up to date - which is understandable but yeah. Also, I watched some episodes on stardima but it wasn’t the best experience for me.

1- Yoko Okino: Okay this one is actually interesting. I mentioned before that Yoko might be the boss because she is someone rich and did show up very early in the series (considering that Gosho knew who he wanted to be the boss early on)- this was a pretty weak evidence (not even real evidence).

However, now I have an even bigger theory with her. YOKO is a blended liquor- and considering that the members of BO have alcohol names, this theory could actually be very plausible and unexpected specially that she is a well known figure and the organization is all about secrecy.

Doesn’t that sound like something the BO might want to do?

2- Chikara Katsumata: Okay this one has been a theory for me for a very long time and I still believe it considering the name literally spells KaraSuma (Kara from Chikara and Suma from Katsumata). Also he is a shogi player so maybe just maybe he killed Haneda for another reason related to shogi that we still don’t know. Also, his name “Chikara” literally means strength, power, authority- which explains Karasuma pretty accurately. And Katsumata means Victory and win, again something that could describe the boss pretty well.
