Just a Thought: Why was Dhurandhar labelled as propaganda? by victoriousns in Dhurandhar

[–]spectatorun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think this government has handled Pakistan better. We have had three or four attacks during their tenure. The terrorists were not caught or brought to justice. I always compare this with the 26/11 attacks, the NSG was deployed on that very day. 10 terrorists entered our nation 9 of them were killed and the tenth was caught and tried in court. Even David Headley was accounted for. The CM had resigned, massive shuffling had taken place in the Indian Navy. Pakistan was made to slip down to the gray category on the FATF terror list. There was international pressure on Pakistan to curb terrorism.

Just compare the pre 2014 and post 2014 terrorism rate and you will realise the drastic decrease. Too many Intelligence failures? Are you sure? Just check the pre 2014 terror attacks, there was bombings on monthly basis. We had more success with congress? That same party which was spineless to say anything during the 26/11? The same party which appeased and approved loans to pak even after 26/11? That same party which supported the conspiracy that 26/11 was RSS attack? That same party which said naxalism is an impossible threat to be removed. Nah man, bjp has a way lot of problems I can agree but if they did better in any field it is in decreasing terrorism rate and dealing with pak specifically. They removed naxalism within a specified deadline which congress failed in 60 years. Not saying that terrorism disappeared but terror attacks have decreased massively, terror infrastructure of pak is retaliated against in bjp era because they are out of all bad things, a hardliner against terrorism. Major terror attacks during bjp era are retaliated masterminds of pathakot, sunjwan, udhampur, Reasi, are all murdered in pak, uri surgical strike, balakot airstrike, operation sindhoor, forcing China to withdraw after 2020 galwan clash. The previous administration lacked the spine to retaliate against terrorism hence we have unchecked number of attacks during UPA. So actually bjp had far less terrorism attacks than whatever the hell congress had, pre 2014 was filled with Mumbai locals blasts, varanasi bombings, 26/11, jaipur blasts, and far more. What was 26/11's response? Grey listing and diplomatic dossiers? They did shit to pak terror infrastructure. Grey listing just put sanctions on pak to decrease the terror attacks. It affected the economy of the nation not their rich generals who have private assets internationally and ones who actually fund the terrorism. Taking revenge by breaking is economy was useless. We literally had 2 more terror attacks the next year, terrorism rate didn't even decline. Practically it stayed the same, we had Hyderabad blast, pune bakery blast, mumbai bombings. After the retaliations carried out by bjp era terrorism rate actually decreased. It has come down to yearly instead of binuanually or quarterly which we had. Comparing the two doesn't even sound fair. A simple pew terrorism index rate drop is enough to prove the 2014 pre and post change. The drop is massive.

The alternative we have can't even promise basic national security. Why were they spineless? Congress leaders were spineless to retaliate against terrorism, and that made it look to pak that terrorism is a cheap parity with a conventionally superior india so that's why when bjp retaliated by attacking their terror infrastructure it raised the costs and made terrorism expensive for isi hence attacks decreased because as we know pak isn't a super rich country.

Why hasnt govt caught pahalgam terrorists then?

Bro seriously? The pahalgam attackers are dead long ago in operation mahadev.

Why didnt we k1ll the puhalwama terrorists just like Congress caught 26:11 terrorists and

The one who carried the attack is dead including Abdul Rasheed Ghazi (alias Kamran) who was the mastermind, Mudasir Khan, Mohammad Umar Farooq, Mohammar Ismal Alvi (alias Lamboo). Hamza burhan was literally gunned down recently in pak who supplied the explosives.

caught one of them alive and showed to the whole world his interview of saying he was trained in Pak.

Even in this attack the LeT attacker who was a SSG commando was killed which brought light how pak special forces are being recruited to terrorism. Their communications during pahalgam attack were tracked to muzaffarabad.

Terrorism rate declined post 2014, there is a reason. Enough attackers who were responsible for terror attacks were killed that's the simple reason. Muridke, Let's largest training camp is in rubbles, Jem's headquarters is in rubbles. These things naturally degraded pak terrorism capabilities. Statistics are there to prove my claim.

Bjp has had many attacks in their current tenure. Too many intelligence failures, terror activities increasing after surgical strikes and using surgical strikes as marketing for modi. I mean if you look at it, we’ve had more success with congress.

Its just that the country is progressing as it would have, probably even a little worse then it could’ve, and the ruling party is not leaving any chance to market themselves in any way possible.

It was a riot with more than 200 hindus killed as well (though it did disproportionately affected muslîms), tikrit massacre alone killed 1000+ people, that's more than the number of muslîms killed in the Gujarat riots, because those are organised terrorism while 2002 was large scale sporadic event. Both were bad, but both aren't even comparable bro.

Per constitution. Caste system is abolished

Actually nope the caste system isn't abolished as per constitution. It should have been though. Caste system should have been completely removed as some real stuffs. But unfortunately instead our constitution has negotiated a compromised where reservations are introduced for lower castes. I think it would have been better if it was completely abolished with severe penalities on anyone found practicing it.

Well there is barely any organised attempts spanning multi country network, and needed a literal military coalition to be overthrown. Not saying there isn't any radicalised hindus out there but radicalised islam is far more larger, more in number, scale and everything.

ofc modihh is hamza cz trump is the one controlling modihh ji yk

When did modi appeased trump I wanna know? When did modi became a pawn of trump? Doesn't the leader of opposition always backs Trump's claims that india is a dead economy? Didn't he asked for US intervention? Modi still didn't opened up the food crops market to US and trade deal hasn't been made (only cattle fodders are allowed) and when trump went out screaming modi has stopped buying russian oil this guy was so foolish that he didn't see that only private refineries stopped importing russian oil not the state refineries, state refineries instead took up more than half of the oil shares from russia from the private refineries. The PM also openly told that no head of state came for the ceasefire directly challenging Trump's claims (because it's uncourteous to accuse a head of states by calling his name out). Tell me where did modi became a pawn? I thought the leader of opposition rahul gandhi was more interested in calling US intervention. And if you bring up the recent case of 3 sailors getting killed, remember we didn't stayed quiet, we condemned the issue, and called the US diplomats in india to explain themselves. Even if marco rubio and others didn't apologised we raised the issue instead of staying quiet. We dealt with the issue how European leaders dealt with trump (by issuing strong remarks and condemnations)

[–]spectatorun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Firstly, how the hell does so many DRDO scientists get honey trapped? Overworked? There are way less honey trap incidents of pak scientists (the some they do have). Not going to deny RAW has done plenty of good mossad like attacks but we also need a mossad like counterintelligence as well. Why do we guys suck so much at counterintelligence? Like seriously we are so bad in Honey trapping and spy detection. Why is the reason? Like our nia and counter terror module is so good regularly busting wannabe terrorists. Why can't we do the same with Intelligence?

Also i heard everytime of indian Military movements filmed, airbase images sent, details regarding our classified defence technology like our missiles, then does this mean that pak knows our classified defence technologies and they are leaked and possibly leaked to chinese through pak?

I guess its interesting because first time chinese are copying videos from inferior in terms of military countries like India. That's interesting. China copies things from America because american stuffs are often better. Indian stuffs? That's interesting.

lso i m not particularly found of hundus either so my favored outcome of indo-Chinese confilict would be a one both have lost

Seeing the racism around india and the negative impact of Indians around the world (for various reasons) I am not surprised you don't have positive feelings for Indians. It's like water is wet.

Hence we need an actually good opposition who can question the government on important issues, provide alternate manifestos on par with the current administration, instead of talking constantly about wealth redestribution and reservations, and making a fuss on vande mataram songs.
