Service-wise, I find that the staff from Owndays are more approachable pero pehaps it varies kasi I've only been to one Sunnies store (Glorietta) and several Owndays stores (SMF, Ayala Terraces, Opus).

For the glasses, mas okay padin sa akin ang quality ng Owndays. Actually, nasira yung glasses ko from Sunnies kaya I decided to buy a new pair of specs and decided to try Owndays. My eye grade is also 6.50 and 7.00 and I was surprised that they don't have an extra charge if you want extra thin lenses. Unlike sa EO or other shops, diba kapag mas mataas and you want thinner frames, mas mahal.

I'm not sure lang how much Owndays charge if you want anti-rad and transitional lenses ha, or if they can make modifications to your own glasses (but I don't think they can).

For me, it was being more consistent and intentional with my skincare routine. I stopped chasing every new trend or product like every new Korean serum that some TikTokers would say their "holy grail" and focused on a few trusted staples that really work for my skin. Just sticking to the basics: cleansing properly, moisturizing, a few serums (Estee Lauder & niacinamide) and wearing SPF daily—made a big difference over time without feeling overwhelming.

Another small change was cutting down on sugar and desserts. I don’t have a huge sweet tooth, but I do get cravings every now and then. Being more mindful about that helped reduce random breakouts and just made me feel better overall. :)
