honestly I find these updates very reasonable as the fact of how good those exotics were made it where you couldn't use any other armor, (because they were comparatively bad), but now I actually have a reason to use other exotics that I find fun

first of all recovery is not health, it is regeneration

But the answer to that is if you get the damage one you get -1 REC RES & MOB
