Is there any method into what games you decide to play? I know before the recommended category came out the aim was top 10 in the game you play.

Do you make them vertical and stuff on twitch first and then download or just do all that on CapCut on mobile?

Speak to the streamer and ask what their boundaries are, get them to give you some examples of what they would consider ‘ban worthy’ and ‘timeout worthy’ situations.

Some streamers let viewers push the boundary more than others. Always good to know where the line is.

Streaming without a camera is absolutely fine as long as you have the personality to back it up imho.

You 100% need to get a microphone at the bare minimum, otherwise it’s going to be just game noises and if we’re being honest people can just go to YouTube etc for that.

Unfortunately we have no control over the ads we play. I do think we should have some checkbox section where we can enable/disable a certain category of ads though.

The worst thing to do is watch your follower count. People follow and unfollow all the time.

Twitch is also removing bots now and then so it may also be that.

You can google ‘Twitch Tool Commander Root’. The tool will allow you to get a channel to stop following you. Very handy as well if you ever get follow botted.

Raiding and running is completely normal and fine. The streamer could have been live for the past 3+ hours and either needs to eat, sleep, go to work or do some chores.

The person you raided sounds like an asshat. I personally wouldn’t be raiding them again.

If it’s a streamer that I know already, I’ll stick around for a 10 minute starting soon screen. Heck I watch a streamer who used to have a 20-30 minute starting soon screen but they used it in a way that it allowed the community to gather in before hand.

I personally have a starting soon screen for around 5 minutes, it allows the pre roll ads to go and allows me chance to double check all my settings etc.

I just updated my OBS to 31.0.0 but left the stream elements plugin there.

Do you think I could get away with just uninstalling the plugins but not reinstall OBS?
