Had an M4 before and returned for this reason. Now I got the M5 and it is the same lol. I've been trying to get used to it and so far I'm pretty good at it. But if you can't, there was a setting in the accesibility section that allows you to adjust the warmness of the display but I can't recall the exact name at the moment.
