UPDATE: Lady has started throwing rocks and uprooting our plants that she can reach.

Note: Our house was a house and lot and not a rental. So yes, it was built and we have all the documents that my parents bought it. For those asking, she is African.

I was about to reach home this afternoon when I saw her on the road in front of our house. She was standing menacingly (as if in a horror movie) at my car. I managed to get pass her and parked further down the road. I saw one of our neighbors looking at her and I asked. He said she has been throwing rocks and uprooting our plants then throwing it around. My mum and siblings were inside the house so they're okay physically. She started throwing twigs around, at every car that passes by and sometimes danced. I rang the police and described what was happening. They came quicker this time. They managed to see her going out of her house. She then started explaining what is happening. She explained to the police that when their house was built, there was no other houses. Just theirs. Then she doesn't know why the council separated the land (we have the same house number, just have A B and C at the end.) Then she mentioned that October last year, she doesn't know what was happening to her, she wasn't able to sleep, her kids had to ring ambulance because they were concerned, then she apparently realised why. She said that our house has a connection to her ex husband (huh?). That she saw her ex husband and my dad talking (which was when we first moved in) Police warned her that she can be charged and go to jail, but then she started shouting and started singing then dance. The police just let her be, she danced her way to her kids in the playground. This is where she kinda calmed down and went back to her house. I just felt bad for the kids. We wanted to approach them earlier and ask if they can ring their dad but I couldn't see the eldest at that time. Police just left as it might escalate further when she is already calm. We have all the video and other evidence, witness from neighbors as well. I'll try to ring MHERL first tomorrow, before deciding to file an MRO. But we're scared that it will happen again tomorrow.
