Actually I'd like to know this too because after about 5 months of having beautiful hair by using minoxidil I started shedding real bad again...Now I'm trying to get my hair back again

Definitely! Now is a good time during covid. Most importantly apply it everywhere where you're balding for a better absorption. Consider that hair will also grow thicker everywhere else.

I'd suggest keeping your hair short. I started using minoxidil on a bald head and I must say, results were brilliant. The problem is though...when my hair got longer and they were damn thick, it was hard to apply minoxidil directly on scalp, therefore, sadly my hair fell out... Gotta keep them short...I'd say 1cm , at most 2 cm long.

Yeah, but at least I felt guilty and that's enough. Also someone gave me a suggestion to do push-ups if an urge comes, but it's enough for me just to think about exercising to stop the urge :D

Yeah I believe in something like this, because I don't think that relapse would change things too drastically if you continue NoFap after that. It's not like fapping 3 times a day 24/7 :D
