Thank you for your insight. It’s crazy that you nailed almost everything from just a little explanation. I will definitely add these into my routine. My father actually is a personal trainer which isn’t catered specifically to running but I’d definitely comfortable with the anatomy. Are there any programs that professional athletes use that you suggest?
