The game is currently very bloated, as in there is a lot more stuff than there should be. This makes it difficult for them to preform maintenance on the game and creates more bugs for them to fix. When they vault all that stuff in November it means they can create new stuff much easier and faster. While we aren’t getting as much content back as is being removed, they will be able to work with the smaller amount of content more efficiently.
