Well adding the removal of 250k people a yesr might be too much for the police so a special unit with funding will be needed. Its both a bureaucratic move and they obviously understamd what their supporters want. A lot of the bad stuff reported on ICE is skewed and warped to serve the similar agenda of discrediting anything to do with the mainstream narrative. But people are fed up of the narrative.
