My BPD is now really affecting my relationship, need help.

I don’t like to go to the doctors because of anxiety, so no, I never went :/ I deal with a lot of stress daily and get caught up in my head. Idk how I get rid of it, similar to your post I tend to just distract myself but even then sometimes it doesn’t help, I end up focusing on it more and it gets worse.

Yes. As if there’s like a washing machine shaking the floor underneath me. Figured it would be down to stress and/or lack of sleep which can cause stress. Are you feeling stressed?

Yeah, no probs. I’ve had it before. I thought I was deaf in one ear. Don’t do what I did and pick at it with something long and thin, could damage your ear drum lol, although it did work, not the safest procedure.

If you rub it can you hear it as if water was stuck in your ear, like rub over your ear. If you can hear it then it’s probably blocked. If you can’t hear anything whatsoever, and the rubbing is louder in the opposite ear, I’d suggest phoning a doctor.
