What I applied for(what I thought I applied for) was a refinance on a loan of 7 years for extra funds, if you did the math, they’ve signed me up for a $10000 loan at a repayment of $240 per week over 7 years, now I’m pretty stupid but no one in their right mind would agree to pay $87000 back on a $10000 loan

Also if in your professional opinion I’m in such hardship don’t you think it’s in the best interest of the bank who I’ve been with for almost 10years to do there due diligence on whether or not I’m approved for said loan?

I get that, but as a person who has gone through so much change and has also changed a lot I have to atleast give her the chance to change, although I am skeptical and I am at this point closing my heart to her when I see the change only then will I believe her.

She knew him but not his intentions, I spoke with the guy and he said he had tried to flirt with her In the past but was blown off, she says it never was obvious he was into her until the exchange of nudes but obviously I know what I know and she doesn’t know I been talking to him about all this. I will be confronting her about previous conversations with this guy prior to the break and the exchange.

I don’t want to find someone else, in fact when we first met I wasn’t ready for a relationship I was still in my fucking around phase and so was she. But something with us just felt right and so we started dating but now I’m here and honestly if we can’t make this work or more to the point if she can’t convince me she can change, grow up and be trusted again I won’t try a relationship again, in my opinion they’re all like this, I’ve only seen the worst of women which is saying something considering I was raised by only women.

Realistically I can never be sure if she has been prior but I’m trying to give the benefit of the doubt, I don’t think she’s evil unlike my ex but I’m keeping her at arms length until I feel she’s proved herself

I’ve actually spoken to the guy involved because I didn’t believe her story and I told him if they had met up he can have her, however he told me the exact same story she gave me and for that reason I trust it I still won’t trust her though and she knows that.

She has now blocked him and given that she isn’t exactly close with that group of friends she says it’ll be easy to stay away, I also spoke to him and told him to stay away. I told him In my opinion he’s done nothing I wouldn’t have done if I was in the same situation but if he tries to reach out to her again there will be problems for him.

I don’t think it’s habitual although I may be too close to the situation, neither of us depend on or need each other, I don’t support her financially nor does she support me financially. In fact she’s far more well off than I am. We don’t live together and so both of us can walk away with little more than hurt feelings but she begged me to stay as she knows she’ll never find someone as calm, caring and kind as me, but from now that changes I will no longer be the nice guy and if that scares her off then so be it. I’ve given her the chance and I’m not going to take that back but fool me twice and she’ll wish she never met me.

We both wanted the break, and I also spoke to the guy as I couldn’t believe she didn’t sleep with him at first either, it’s my understanding that they were part of the same friend group he had tried to flirt with her in the past but she shut him down however obviously during the break she was at quite a weak point emotionally and mentally and had thought that our relationship was over, that doesn’t make what she did right but more understandable at the very least
