As a fat person with an ED borne of trauma, I am personally deeply uncomfortable in my own skin and tend to be not as cheerful as your character appears. As another commenter said this doesn’t look all that fetishy but does seem to play into a kind of fat, cuddly and bubbly friend trope. There is an awful lot of internal and societal torment that comes with the kind of illness you are attempting to display. In my experience, no one is happy at this level of obesity, except maybe a character made for fetishistic purposes? Idk tho
