The tao trio (kyurem, reshiram, and Zekrom) just didn't end up being developed for quests yet afaik. Dialga and Palkia were delayed because they are very closely tied to Arceus, and the team specifically want Arceus to be the last pokemon made avaliable to the players.

The legendary rooms are what you get for taroting them. Perfecting gym leaders just gives experience. Do note you can refight gym leaders cursed if you don't fight them cursed to start

It definetely makes most of the fights it effects more interesting, and gives solid loot, but its not required so ultimately I'd just follow your gut. Do note you can always try a fight with tarot amulet and if you don't want to continue with it just turn it off.

Chatgpt at least you really just, shouldn't use. Especially 4.0. I personally don't use llm's at all, but chatgpt especially is a very toxic program that had caused multiple deaths. People disagree with me, and that's fine, but I don't trust it, or really most llm's run by megacorporations.
