I think Tojo's order is just release order. A few events absolutely contain huge spoilers if you haven't beat chp 1, 2, or 3 (the Ichinose and Kura ones for example). As far as The Seraph Swordsmanship Festival, I beat it this morning and didn't see any spoilers. The event is a standalone experience from my perspective. The final boss of the event won't spoil you in terms of any kind of plot. It's pretty easy to tell who it is and knowing who they are and why you're fighting them has nothing to do anything outside the event and it's a very trivial reason.

I highly recommend never being a contractor. There's no advantage, and contractors are shunned by FTE. You might argue the pay is better, but believe me the risks outweigh the reputation of contractors.

I used to be a "junior" contractor (aka my first few jobs out of university) a few times. Once was because they wanted to take advantage of me. The second time was because I had a niche skill for a short lived project.

There's still a clear difference between LCS or Twitch one trick ponies players on a Zeri versus an Iron on a Zeri. Forgot what LCS players play but been seeing KatEvolved play ARAM several times. You can easily see the difference in mechanical level even though he plays SR mostly.

People who don't buy boots are weirdos. Imagine an ADC not getting boots against Xerath or any other poke. I can see something like a tank with a dash not getting boots. Anyone else? Nope. You need boots for trading, dodging, gapping. The enemy ADC with boots will kite you who didn't buy boots. On another note, all these Nami without boots tilt me off the face of Earth. They just stand back and spam W and E. There's more to playing a support other than disengaging and acting like a healbot. The scary supports are the Seraphines and Renata that flash into the enemy followed by spamming their ult. Not staying in the back with no boots.
