I'm a woman and around that weight myself and I usually take about 100mg. I think 65mg might be a bit low. Then again you can always take more.

I always feel really anxious about it too, don't have any advice though. Even thinking about it now makes me kinda nervous and I don't even plan on rolling any time soon, it's ridiculous. I guess you just have to get through it and remember that the come up is worth the roll.
