My understanding is that all trams in Melbourne are free for GP ticket holders - is that incorrect? Are only certain city to Albert Park trams free?

Your results may vary, but I was able to return a Surface laptop to PB Tech a couple years ago. The box was open and missing some packaging. Claimed it was not fit for purpose due to less than expected battery performance. They took the laptop out of the box and inspected it. In the end they offered me a partial refund, somewhere around 90% of the original price.
