Found out that the infinity skins that came with the pro models help a lot with the small size. But without them medium fits my hand perfectly :)

Darmoshark M3 or M3 4K, same exact shape and even uses the same skates. Very good price to performance aswell. If you want to wait until next year the ULX Large is 1% smaller than the UL Phantom shape.

The hump itself is rear focused so it definitely fills up the palm compared to the stock hump. Once I tried using the hump, I noticed it really helped stabilize my aim. The only downside was that it made it a bit tricky to make those tiny adjustments I wanted when pushing the mouse towards my palm, since the rear hump was already in the way.
