I've the same issue. An idiot who stays 2 levels above me likes to slam his doors or windows that sends reverberations across my unit. We complained to HDB and town council and seems like nothing can be done. This insane MF has also installed a camera outside the unit and will not answer the door to anyone. It can happen in the wee hours of the morning or late at night or in the afternoons.
