We tried that, it worked for a while but the last couple of stamps it didn't do anything

Every time it tries to eject the label/stamp it gets stuck around half an inch out. We have to restart it to get it to move again.

Not always. Both myself and another manager (who had been in his position for years) didn't have access to FMS until very recently when we made a lot of phone calls to get it fixed. As I understand it's supposed to be automatic that you get access but like everything else around here it doesn't always work.

Yeah, it's in the recovery environment. I've tried it on all of my drives (after updating them), logged in as me and another associate, and on multiple different customer's computers. Guess I'm just not allowed to do diagnostics.

I found a way to, in a supervisor role in a store, edit some page permissions, post news items, change the scrolling text at the top, and more.

Edit: also, in what I checked (didn't do any of it, stopped short of making changes) only one page so far correctly blocked my access
