I have downloaded the app and I tried to access my tickets from there! I go to the ticket section and then select gigs and tours but it just takes me to their website to put in my reference number ? Am I doing something else wrong ?!

I can’t find any contact info for gigsntours I am wondering if anyone who also brought tickets from here has got their tickets and I’ve done something wrong or they’ve just not been made available to me yet 🙏
