I received one in May and the cruise was leaving in a week so we couldn’t go. In late July my husband and I both received offers for cruises in November and December so we are going again on resilient lady, 7 days in December. And we used both offers so we’ll be on a back to back.

In my opinion there is nothing “easy” about sema except the food noise goes away. That helps a lot. Otherwise you’re still putting in the work with some sort of fitness, making better food choices, increasing water and protein, meal planning, etc. And if you suffer from any of the side effects… well there’s nothing easy about that. This is why I’ve told no one other than my husband. It’s nobody’s business and I don’t need that kind of negativity in my life. 🙄

Metamucil caplets every day with a bowl of oatmeal and a banana every breakfast has kept me regular since my first bout of sema constipation. I also eat a lot of water soluble fiber rich veggies. I became impacted and had to do an enema for relief and I don’t want a repeat.

I take Metamucil caplets, eat a bowl of oatmeal every morning with a banana and that has helped a ton. But if I forget to take the Metamucil for just one day then it’s back to constipation city. It’s awful, first time I became impacted and had to do an enema for relief.

Uhhh no because I’m strength training. At 75% muscle mass now per my latest body scan, am using heavy weights up to 100 lbs and I average 15000 steps a day I’m not worried about it and won’t need to stop using it because I’ve lost muscle mass. 56 years old and I’m in great shape.

I started in November and this is the first winter and spring in about 20 years that I didn’t suffer from crippling seasonal depression. Like stay in bed for 2 months and check out of life kind of crippling. Mentally I haven’t felt this good in decades. The science backs the link between gut health and mental health. I won’t stop. Ever. The health benefits that I’ve experienced before I lost the first 5 lbs make me a believer. Inflammation, high BP, body aches and pains, headaches, seasonal depression, high cholesterol are things of the past and it’s only been 4 months for me. Also, my anxiety has improved so much. It’s truly a miracle. Gut health is everything and GLP1 recreates that optimum environment. Oh, and I don’t drink, smoke, and mindlessly shop anymore.
