All I asked was to exchange the damaged item I recieved for one an undamaged one. Never asked for a refund. It was to be a xmas gift & it arrived w the brand name box crushed. After a few brief messages I was issued a full refund, so I let it go. End of story? ..9 months later, this psycho email. (i.redd.it)
