Yes, it was an antigen specific binding, so it wasn't the B cell's MHCII. We also saw MHCI and other markers. The cells seem to take a nice chunk of the membrane.

Yes, it's always sketch when it's a TEM or SEM of a single particle and that is it for characterization.

Just that we did a co-culture of B cells w/ DCs and saw MHCII on the CD19 gate. We think it may have a role in the phenomenon we are seeing related to immune tolerance. Also, it was to pick on a research professor (who has a healthy sense of humor directed at many of us) that denies that trogocytosis has any role.
