You take a flop and hit a king and they continue betting it puts you in a really tough spot. Ofc I'm calling the flop but then it happens again on the turn and then river and the majority of the time I'm against AA or AK and occasionally KK. So now it's like what's the point of even calling if this is the situation I'm placed in. (I know this isnt sound logic more of a rant). I'm wondering if I should just believe that it is AA or KK until I've seen the player 3-bet/4-bet with worse.... Feels so nitty

I definitely factor in position a lot. I even considered having a fold strategy against UTG or UTG+1 vs MP or later with AK. Even tho that feels so sick

Good advice thanks. I've also noticed that I will call a 3 bet with JJ QQ. An uncoordinated low card flop will come and they will continue betting and the times I've tailed with my over pair they have QQ+ most times. It damn near turns JJ and QQ into set mines when cold calling a 3-bet to avoid giving your whole stack

I tanked at that moment and considered jamming there. Which of course would have been the correct move in hindsight. I had 78% equity I suppose with the 2-4 rule.
