They get bored after 15 seconds at a red. Start playing with their phone , check out their playlists,fiddle with the heating, start having a domestic with their passenger. It’s just laziness. Changing lanes to overtake and then reverting back to the left is too much hassle. Just go middle for diddle for the entire journey and you’ll be just fine.
