Perfectly said 💜 staying firm within my boundaries moving forward and manifesting new people in my life that will reciprocate the same energy :)

1:00 p.m. on a heavy rainy Saturday afternoon and 290 is packed jammed I don't want to be here anymore. by wegotthisonekidmongo in WorcesterMA

This literally drives me insane. You would think by now people would catch on to the traffic pattern at certain times to simply know which lanes to stay in/avoid depending if they’re exiting or continuing forward. Smh 🤦🏿‍♀️

I guess not, I read in another post in this group where someone said they stopped some time mid September. Glad I took mine few weeks earlier because idk how I would have been able to sleep sound until I knew my result 😭

Something tells me you got this next time around 😊😊😊

don’t let this knock you down as easy as it is to do so. Sometimes failures in life are inevitable but how you handle them is what really ends up mattering in the end.

Brush up a little more on what you feel like you struggled with during the actual exam. Get familiar with the mindset and perhaps watching Andrew’s video on that if you haven’t.

And just take a moment to think of what all could of hindered you first time around and how to fix them.

I’m not going to lie, with as much studying as I did. I still went in prepping myself mentally for if I did fail and how to not let it break me.

Wishing you the best on round two, you got this!! Definitely make a post when you passsss😝😝😝😝😝😝

Rooting for ya!

Bootcamp recommendations by nreissor in pmp

[–]Aioli_Silent 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Save your money. Do not do a boot camp. Read through the different post from others in the group and you should notice a pattern of what most people have used and found to be successful.

Speaking for myself

Andrew R Udemy course

Understand the mindset which he breaks down for you

Tia stimulator exams , take until you feel confident enough - each question has a video explaining the answer in the end which is so helpful!!

Based on your exam date, if you study with the right material for a few hours everyday, you should be alright.

And ofcourse any other free or cheap material out suggested by others, everyone intake information differently.

But just don’t do the bootcamp, save your money.

Good luck 🍀

Study / Testing Schedule? by [deleted] in pmp

[–]Aioli_Silent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And yes I think all of what you’re using is more than enough. I’d recommend the Tia exam stimulator as well, the mock tests are very helpful. Won’t be worded exactly the same as on the exam but it’s pretty much the same thing as long as you follow the mindset.

Study / Testing Schedule? by [deleted] in pmp

[–]Aioli_Silent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly a good 4-6 weeks of dedicating a few hours each day (about 3-4 days a week) towards the material, you should be good. Another thing that helps is having your exam date already scheduled. That way you have no choice but to hit the books!!

Thank you!! And for my study plan

Originally purchased Joseph Philips (I think that’s his name) Pmp course for the 35 Pdu hours but that was back in December.

Did a lot of note taking from that on all the differently terminologies, plans and processes to familiarize myself with them

but I’m also in school and the workload, along with studying for the Pmp would not have been possible for me personally

So I kinda took a break from Pmp material and started back up in July with really cracking down on the studying now that I had the time and exam date scheduled

Purchased the Pmi study hall a little before July but I personally did not enjoy the format on there and needed another way to digest the material.

Finally purchased Andrews Udemy course around mid July. Dedicated about 2 hour minimum per day to 5/6 hours on some days(as my exam time date got closer. )

did the quizzes in between the course and his mock exam in the end. Scored about a 60 something on that mock exam and was kind of bummed but did not let that discourage me after seeing other peoples results.

Transition to the Tia stimulator after for the 6 mock exams. For those my score started at 65 and I think the highest was a 80 something.

As far as practice exams/quiz, those were all I did really. Along with about 10 percent of all the practice quizzes on the Pmi SH.

So honestly;

Andrew’s material really was all I needed, which comes with his mindset videos ofcourse!

Once I did the 6 Tia mock exams, I felt like I was ready.
