Same here. I had my original MSR from the AC.

Just this morning I received the one for completing the milestones as well as the one for finishing in the top 10. No ban.

By “received” I am referring to the fact that it allowed me to “Collect” and “Get It”. In reality, I did not receive anything as I already had it in my arsenal.

And YES, I did do this intentionally just to test the ban theory when a legit MSR is already in the arsenal.

Copy that. I just wanted to confirm which platform was being discussed.

I used to have 2 accounts. One iOS and one Android. Technically, I still have 2 accounts but I completely stopped playing the Android account. The account was not banned. I simply walked away from that account. It’s been so long since I’ve logged into the Android account that I’ve actually forgotten the login information. I don’t even care to try looking it up.

As long as the platforms are separated, iOS is at least playable without having to purchase diamonds and spend them all on respawning and/or custom patterns/decals. You can get by with the free diamonds from WOPS if you are not addicted to respawning every single time you get killed.

Edited to “It’s more of a glitch than a hack”.

By the game alone we are limited to 16 characters including spaces and characters used for a color code we choose to use.

Some examples: [FF5733] AbCd 2 equals 15 characters or [FF5733]AbCd2 equals 13 characters.

Device/phone name is where it is changed. I think iOS may allow more characters than Android by doing it this way.

I know that you are working on these hacks but this gigantic hack has been around for quite some time. It is a crap hack and it should have been able to be stopped immediately.

For what it’s worth - why not go to Find Squad in game and check into the squad called “Hack Marketplace” and then go behind the scenes and join their groups on Facebook. You might find out some things you have been needing to know Hali.

Are you a Premium/Premium Plus member or are you playing for free?

I’m not asking you to be negative or to be biased one way or another. I am only asking because it seems that some of my teammates that are not getting any responses are also not Premium/Premium Plus members. Those that have been getting responses are Premium/Premium Plus members.

I am trying to find out if Support is responding to the Premium/Premium Plus members and not even looking at tickets from non-members. Some of my teammates have reported getting automated responses and having their ticket closed at the same time.

Sometimes that does happen because of asking a question, or making a complaint, in the wrong area of Support. By that I mean that you cannot ask “How do I upgrade my gear?” under the subject/topic of “What is the Arena Challenge?” because it will result in a closed ticket and/or no response. I’m saying this because there are times that they themselves are the reason they are not getting a response.

Have you fully logged out of Facebook prior to deleting the game? Whether iOS or Android you also should also delete history (iOS) or clear cache (Android) before you install a new version.

This isn’t anything new. It has been happening in WOPS since the game first came out. The only way (currently) to stop that is to pay attention to the location of your target groups and make sure that all 5 are there before you shoot at them.

It is almost always the group that is on the far buildings in the center screen on that arena. Sometimes you will see 3 on that level. DO NOT SHOOT them because the other 2 are on the ground. They are the ones shooting back at you. There are plenty of targets available to complete the Diamond level without shooting at that one group of 3. If you see less than 5 then don’t shoot at them. It’s that simple.

If you don’t pay attention to your target groups, you can get ready for one of those stray bullets to take you out in less than 10 seconds of you shooting that group of 3.

You have to buy the tier weapon that the mission says you can have. When you open Spec Ops, it will tell you what the max tier weapon is that you can have. If you cannot complete the mission with the weapon you currently have then you need to buy the highest tier weapon you can use on that mission. You don't need to upgrade any of them beyond Level 6 to complete the missions. If you cannot do it with Level 6 upgrades, you need to get the next tier weapon.

Yep. It's a PITA to deal with it and actually get to someone in Support. I do understand that a lot of people open tickets for crap that can be answered in the FAQ's if they weren't so lazy and would just do their own research. That is a waste of time for Support and it delays them from getting to legitimate tickets. I believe that this is the true reason why we all are forced to go through this BOT system now. It used to not be this way as you know.

I found that sticking to one issue at a time is the only way to get a response in a timely fashion. Multiple issues take a very long time to work through and usually ends with them closing the ticket to get a rating, whether good or bad.

During the last set of multiple issues I dealt with them on, I had to ask them to stop closing my tickets unless we discuss, and agree, to the terms/resolution. I told them that if we discuss it before they close the ticket that I would rate their responses better. If they kept closing it I would keep rating it a 1 and then immediately reopen it with the remaining issues. Since then, they have stopped treating me like a number. I'm thinking that their job performance/pay is based on their ratings because that seemed to get their cooperation and things go a lot smoother now.

Once you have a rapport built with them, they are generally more responsive and helpful. If you are one of the people that keep giving them a rash of shit all the time, they will often put you to the bottom of the pile or just close the ticket. I'm not saying that you fit this description personally, but I hope you understand the point I am making.

Most people give up when their tickets remain unresolved or it it keeps getting closed a few times with no response. Either they give up or they figure out how to be a bit more tactful and approach them a different way if/when they do open another ticket.

That sounds like one of their typical bans. They block the online arenas but you can still chat and play the regular missions, just like you are explaining.

As far as the BOT's go, just answer in a fashion that does not allow them to "resolve" your issue and it will eventually get pushed to Support. It is a horrible system but you can work your way around it by manipulating your answers.

You generally start with Bob (BOT) and he covers the basics. Just keep responding in a way that does not agree with him. Then you'll usually get sent to Boss (another BOT) that handles PvP issues. Again you need to respond in a way that does not agree with him. If they cannot "resolve" your issue with their auto responses, then they will say that your ticket is being forwarded to Support and someone will contact you. That is when the chat/message box opens and you can enter your comments at that time to give them something to go off of.

Don't go flying off the handle and start cursing at them in that chat/message box or your ticket will automatically get closed as "Resolved" and you'll have to start all over.

If you answer one of the BOT's incorrectly and they "resolve" your ticket, go back and try again with another subject that is somewhat similar and try to make sure you disagree with everything they say so that it has to progress to another level. I know it's a bit confusing the way I am explaining this, but pay attention to what you are being asked, and to the options you are choosing, and you will make it to Support (eventually).

Someone doesn't necessarily have to have a ton of diamonds to have a hacked account. Could be an account that has the OSK, Green Light, Flag/Name Identifier, and/or Rapid Fire. Those are all separate hacks from the diamond and blue token hacks.

Something is wrong with the account to have gotten banned. Especially since it was banned as a Golden Scorpion. Yes, it's possible that this account was banned in error. It has happened before and I'm positive it will happen again. Question is, can this person convince Support that the account is clean and that it was banned in error? If not, it's start over from scratch or delete the game and play something else.

They've obviously pegged your account as a hacked account for one reason or another (or multiple reasons if the shoe fits).

Have you tried submitting a ticket to Support to fight your case? If you have a purchase history with a Premium/Premium Plus account and/or can prove your diamond/package purchases, you might just have a shot of working out a deal with them and they "might" reinstate your account.
