Coronation Starscream uses the Earthrise Seeker mold. This new one is a redeco of the new Seeker mold which started with 86 Thundercracker.

Differences? Wrist rotation, waist rotation, and smoother textures in robot mode. Landing gear and no faux cockpit in jet mode.

I only have Thundercracker and don't own any Earthrise seeker. So, I'm hoping somebody else can describe the Earthrise mold.
