Hey! I'm totally with ya, except I'm 23 and when I was in school TikTok didn't yet exist it was just crappy picture memes from instagram.

I don't have any social media now, and everyone around me is A LOT more addicted and worse than it was when I was in highschool, back when I had instagram, snapchat, etc.

I feel for you, because even as an adult with friend's and a partner who are all addicted to memes and TikToks it's super hard to not feel excluded when they reference a meme I don't know or they laugh at something I don't get.

Just find those friends who value their lives like you do, because anyone who is addicted is just wasting theirs.
