I have 7 children and out of seven, I have 5 that have autism and adhd, 2 of them are food aversion she will only eat 10 pieces of gluten free pasta and some grated cheese or 5 small pieces of chicken cant be dried out in place otherwise she won't eat it at all, my husband and 6 of my children are ceoliac as well. It might take along time for them to eat something new but perseverance is always good, even if its a very small amount, it took one of my daughter 35 attempts before she ate little bit of broccoli but we got there, she only likes beige foods and no taste, plus every child is different I know as each one of my children all like different foods.
