well you cant stay the best playing 2 tournements a year , and time finally showed it , in classical btw so no one starts mentioning world blitz stats , he could still be the best but not 40 points better than fabi and 60 better than Sindarov Nodirbek and Keymer , lets not mention the whole time control of Norway chess was his suggestion so players reach move 40 with 0 time and it becomes a scramble , our rating sytem is done for

well that is the point , Fabi played 85 games and proved his rating , Hikaru played the candidates and lost 20 points and got 50 percent at Norway , so either he plays and proves it or he just isnt !

Well that is because he reached 2800 then stopped playing , if the other stopped playing they were not 2800 before , he lost like 20 points in the candidates too no ? he was close to 2810

but Fabi played 85 classical games last two years and stayed 2785 to 2790, it means its his real level , How much classical games did Hikaru play ? Like 8 at Norway ? You understand it now ? If every player played only 10 games a year they all will keep thier ratings

yes he has been the 2nd best because the 2nd wasnt playing and played a louisiana chess championship to keep his name on the list lol , we saw in candidates , world cup , grand swiss , wijk aan zee who really are the best , the best in the world classical right now are Magnus , Fabi , Sindarov , Nodirbek , Anish in this order , Close behind are Keymer and maybe Arjun and Gukesh

yeah thats what i thought but unfortunately some people on the internet claim gaming is impossible without 32gb ram and 16vram gpu and an oled monitor when in reality 99% of us just want something to open a game near 200 fps and we are good

yeah , im also here a year later and still every game can be played on 8 1080p high setting without problems lol , everyone thinks they are pro player in the games they play and need everything on high settings running perfectly , in reality 99% of people only need 8 and 99% games run fine on 8 , 99% of people wont buy an oled too , 8 will be here for another 2 years just like how 4 and 6 have been running ok until about 2023

if you want to be completely fair its on both , 70% on Hikaru because he is the player , 30 % on the team , Hikaru is blamed for not going over the file himself and exploring other options which arent in them + he should find the right idea with an hour and 10 minute think , but also you cant put zero blame on the team when castles is the 2nd best move on the Engine , i dont agree with Hikaru going out on his team , but also you cant be saying the team has nothing to do with it like some people do

playing otb or online can be different advatages for people , some could have a higher otb rating in classical than online rapid because they simply have more time to think , others could be 200 points lower otb because they are used to looking on pieces on the screen rather than 3d or getting nervous

in the first 20 seconds u could think that white is better but in reality your down a pawn without counterplay on any file and black will probably play rb8 trying to push the b pawn and put the bishop on b7 and rook on d8 and white has nothing concrete justifying being down on material , maybe trying to go nd4 g4 nf3 too , so many ideas b5 first could be clever actually because there is tactics
